No. There is no contract and you are only committed for the month that you are paying and can cancel the subscription at any time.

Any order downloaded into the Selro order section or any telesales orders created within Selro are counted towards the subscription tiers. You can disable the order download from certain channels if not required to download into your Selro account. Cancelled and Pending payment orders are also counted towards the order limits. Selro does not automatically upgrade/downgrade into the next pricing tier. Selro will monitor for average orders for three months and move into the relevant pricing tier. You will also be informed by email before this pricing increase happens.

The number of order counts per month will be monitored for three months, and if it consistently remains above the current threshold, subscription from the next month will be upgraded. The same process is for the downgrade as well.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your price plans at any time as you grow your business.

No. Selro does not take any commission from your sales or any set-up fees. The monthly amount mentioned in the pricing page is all you have to pay.
